Life offers many challenges but leadership is one of the most challenging. Teamwork is only successful if good leadership is applied. The Leadership Challenge Seminar offers companies and corporations the opportunity to place their management teams into situations where simple methods are used under stress to mold and guide the individual into a true leader.

Teams are placed in a military environment, living in rough conditions. They are provided instruction and direction in the simple leadership methods used by the U.S. Marines. These methods have been time proven to produce leaders of flexibility and dependability. The environment and the time limitations stress the team members and affect their decisions. This shapes the individuals thinking and prompts them into making good and fast decisions with the team and the goal in mind.

The course is held in the Nevada desert approximately 45 minutes from Las Vegas. The site is a quasi military site located at an abandoned gold mine. Everyone at the site is dressed in military dress and lives as the military would in the field. All class are instructional and applied to the goals which are military training missions. Transportation is provided to and from the site with Bus/Van and 4X4 vehicles. Each member will receive a certificate of completion and Leadership materials along with the uniform they were issued.
