LOCATION:

 Leadership Challenge is an organization dedicated to the advancement of TRUE leadership. Not founded on political grounds or personal motives but Leadership founded on simple ancient principles.

 Located in the desert near Las Vegas

Four miles from the Colorado River and situated on an old gold mine the "Queen Bee".  The terrain is rugged and full of cactus, Yucca and the usual desert critters.

Fantastic views abound and the magic of the desert impresses itself on all as a strange and wonderful place where anything can happen.

Seminar Director Ed Hines (Msgt USMC Retired)

All personnel supervising the operations during the seminar are either retired or ex-military.  Leadership principles and tactics are all based on United States Marine Corps methods and reflect the high standards set by the US Marines.

The Queen Bee is a Small but old mine located in the Elodrado Mountains that dates back to the 1860's.

The Queen Bee is located on the southern side of the Aurora Wash. The property includes the wash on both sides (15.7 acres.) This is the proving grounds for Leadership challenge.
